1. No Refund Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes situations such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Disliking the taste or texture
Delayed delivery caused by shipping partners or unforeseen conditions
2. No Exchange Policy
Food items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not accept requests for product swaps or replacements.
3. No Return Policy
For health and safety compliance, returns are strictly not accepted. Opened or unopened packages cannot be sent back.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product (Exception)
While we do not accept returns/exchanges, if you receive:

A wrong product that you did NOT order

Unboxing proof

5. Delivery Issues
Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Delays due to weather, traffic, or logistics do not qualify for refund or cancellation.
